INTRODUCTIONBurdekin Catholic High School is a Secondary Co-educational school catering for Years 8 - 12. The school was established in 1974 as a result of the amalgamation of Edmund Campion College, founded by the Marist Brothers and St Francis Xavier Convent High School, founded by the Sisters of the Good Samaritan. Catholic Secondary education first came to the Burdekin in 1945
