INTRODUCTION

Sited on 21 hectares of land, Ryan Catholic College opened in January 1979 with 75 students in Year 1,2,3, and 8. Ryan, named after Bishop Ryan, the first Bishop of Townsville, is a co-educational school catering for students from Prep through to Year 12. The school operates on two campuses, and is linked to the Ministerial Region of the Good Shepherd.
