INTRODUCTION

The Marian School is a Catholic co-educational primary school.  It was established in January 1988 and was formed from the amalgamation of St John Fisher's College (CBC), St Margaret Mary's Primary School, Holy Family School and in 1995, St Mary's School, West End.  The Marian School presently has an enrolment of 392 children, is a family-centred school, and welcomes parent involvement and parental presence.  There is an active Parents and Friends, School Board, Technology Committee, and Classroom Liaison Parents for each class.  There are other active committees at the school, including a student representative council.
